1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use our Services or purchase from our Site. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all purchases, downloads, and use of our products. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. Products, License & Permitted Use

All products, scripts, configurations, digital downloads, guides, and other materials offered by Golden Scripts (the "Products") are intended for personal, non-commercial use only by the individual who purchased them.

Upon completing a purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for personal use. You agree NOT to, under any circumstances:

• Reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, redistribute, share, or otherwise transfer any Product to any third party.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any Product.
• Post any Product, in whole or in part, on any public or private platform, file-sharing site, cloud drive, forum, social media, or messaging service.
• Use any Product in any commercial setting, paid coaching service, tournament, paid livestream, or for any other revenue-generating activity.
• Share your purchase, account access, product key, license key, or download links with anyone else.

Violation of any of the above constitutes a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate termination of your license, revocation of your access to our community channels, and may result in legal action.

3. Payment, Pricing & Order Authorization

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (including Squarespace Commerce, Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay). By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of, or are authorized to use, the payment method provided.
• The information you provide during checkout is true, accurate, and complete.
• You have read the Product description and No Refund Policy (Section 4) before placing your order.

Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Promotional discounts, codes, or sale prices apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.

4. No Refund Policy — All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchase.
• Inability or unwillingness to set up, install, or use the Product.
• Incompatibility with the user's hardware, console firmware version, controller, capture card, Cronus Zen, Titan Two, or other device.
• Game updates, patches, or anti-cheat changes that affect Product functionality.
• Account bans, suspensions, or warnings issued by third-party platforms or game publishers.
• Dissatisfaction with Product performance, in-game results, or perceived effectiveness.
• User error during installation, setup, or configuration.
• Loss of the original download or key (replacements are provided through Discord at our discretion).

Reason for No Refund Policy: Golden Scripts sells exclusively digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, recalled, or revoked once the download or key has been issued. Once Product access is granted, the transaction is considered complete and ownership of the digital license is final.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal against Golden Scripts after receiving the Product constitutes a material breach of these Terms and is considered fraud. By purchasing, you expressly agree to waive your right to dispute the charge with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Any user who initiates a chargeback or dispute will:

• Be permanently banned from the Golden Scripts Discord server and all community channels.
• Have their license to use all Products revoked immediately and permanently.
• Be blocked from all future purchases.
• Have their full Terms of Service acceptance, order details, IP address, payment information, and product access logs provided to the payment processor and/or bank as evidence in dispute resolution.
• May be subject to debt collection and/or legal action to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees and damages.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read this No Refund Policy in full and agree to its terms without exception.

5. Delivery & Access

Digital Products are typically delivered instantly via email and through the #〢✅order-confirmation channel in our Discord server after order completion. Delivery requires you to:

• Join the Golden Scripts Discord server at discord.gg/cKBPpvzR5t.
• Post your order number in the order-confirmation channel to receive your product key, download links, and access roles.

Your order number is also included in your order confirmation email. It is your sole responsibility to retain your order number and email confirmation. We are not responsible for emails filtered by spam folders, mistyped email addresses at checkout, or messages sent to an inactive Discord account.

6. Updates, Support & Continued Functionality

We strive to maintain and update our Products following major game patches, console firmware updates, and other relevant changes. Free updates may be issued at our sole discretion through Discord and email.

However, Golden Scripts does not guarantee:

• Lifetime updates or permanent functionality of any Product.
• That Products will continue to work after any third-party game update, anti-cheat update, or platform change.
• Specific delivery timelines for new updates or patches.
• Compatibility with all firmware versions, controllers, or device variations.

Support is provided exclusively through our Discord community on a best-effort basis. We do not provide phone support, scheduled appointments, or guaranteed response times.

7. Disclaimer of Liability & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that the use of Golden Scripts Products may violate the Terms of Service of certain third-party platforms or game publishers, including but not limited to Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Epic Games, Activision, 2K Games, and others. The use of any input-modifying device, script, or accessibility tool is solely at your own risk.

Golden Scripts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, console manufacturer, hardware brand, or third-party platform. All trademarks, game names, and brand names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

You assume full responsibility for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service in your jurisdiction.
• Any account warnings, suspensions, or bans resulting from the use of our Products.
• Any hardware damage, loss of data, or system instability associated with Product installation or use.
• How you choose to use the Products in any competitive, casual, or recorded gameplay context.

8. Limitation of Warranties

All Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability.

Golden Scripts does not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all responsibility for any technical issues, malfunctions, data loss, financial loss, account loss, or damages of any kind arising from or related to the use of our Products or Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Golden Scripts, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, account suspension, gameplay performance, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our Products or Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any third-party conduct on our Site, Discord server, or community channels.
• Any other matter relating to our Products or Services.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific Product giving rise to the claim, in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, ban, or permanently terminate your access to:

• Our Site, Products, Services, downloads, license keys, and updates.
• Our Discord server, community channels, and support tickets.
• Any future purchases from Golden Scripts.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request after receiving a Product.
• Abusive, threatening, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, moderators, or community members.
• Sharing, leaking, reselling, or redistributing Products.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit our Products.
• Using our Services to engage in fraud, illegal activity, or harm to others.
• Providing false information at checkout or impersonating another person.

Termination is final, results in immediate forfeiture of all access and licenses, and does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts previously paid.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Golden Scripts name, logo, branding, scripts, configurations, written content, videos, images, graphics, designs, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of Golden Scripts and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

We collect and process personal information solely as necessary to fulfill your order, deliver Products, provide support, and comply with applicable laws. Information collected may include your name, email address, payment details (processed via secure third-party processors), Discord username, IP address, and order history. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
